Dear Parents & Supporters,
Our 2015 Summer Program has ended and we are gearing up for the 2015-2016 After School Program. Beginning August 17th, we will be offering programming to members ages 5-18 Monday-Friday from school dismissal until 5:30 pm at our eight Club sites including: Alto Street, Zona del Sol, Camino de Jacobo and Valle Vista in Santa Fe, and our Del Norte Clubs in Chimayo, Abiquiu, Santa Cruz and Sombrillo. Each site is fully staffed to provide children an educational and fun environment with other kids in their age group. We offer Homework Help, a Reading Program, Mentoring, Recreation, Arts, Afternoon Snack, and more! As in the past, we provide transportation from most schools (depending on the number of children attending our program) to the Club for $15/month per family. Click on the following link to see which schools we provide transportation from to our Clubs in Santa Fe: www.bgcsantafe.org/programs/after-school
Application packets, in both English and Spanish, can be found on our website at: www.bgcsantafe.org/programs/applications and also at each Club site. Many of our Clubs are State of New Mexico CYFD licensed facilities. For those parents who don’t qualify for CYFD assistance, we have a sliding scale based on the size of your family and monthly income.
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Fe/Del Norte, our mission is to “enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.”
We look forward to a successful program year serving the children and families who need us most!
